"We started going here about a year and a half ago and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so nice and the food was always excellent. If anything was wrong with your dish it was fixed and even better. About 6 to 8 months ago there has been a major dive in the quality, atmosphere, staffs attitude, and food. We have had several issued all to be told they was nothing wrong. The staff is flat out rude. When we order the same repeat food the bill is always different depending on who rings it up. Last night was the icing on the cake. We called and verified they were still open and drove there and the doors were locked. When we called and asked what was going on they said they didn't have any food, yet when we asked why we weren't told that when we called they stated I don't know. This is tough when you pack your family including 2 very small children and then the doors are locked. Worse case is they just stood there and then went into the back and hid. So disappointed as we don't have a lot of options in Knightstown and this was once such a good one and has gone so down hill!"

The food here was delicious and incredibly fresh. The servers did an outstanding job taking care of our large lunch group. I would definitely stop by again the next time I'm in Knightstown.

This was our first visit here.The atmosphere was adorable. The booths are cute and the service is awesome.The salsa is very good and just the right level of spicy.The food was ok. I'd go back for sure, but I'd choose Los Amigos in New Castle if I had a choice.

The salsa and chips are absolutely delicious! The Mexicano guacamole, made fresh, is tasty but appears quite small for the price, so I probably won't order it again. However, I've enjoyed all the other dishes I've tried there. I've also visited a few times with friends to enjoy margaritas.

How can you call yourself an authentic Mexican restaurant when you microwave your tamales?? They were rock hard on the edges and cold in the middle. My chimichangas were also cold in the middle...My partner ordered fajitas and his tortilla were also rock hard.I could go on... But I won't, you get my point. View menu

Los Charros Mexican Grill just catered our recent birthday party, and the experience was nothing short of amazing!Our party of 13 was treated to the most delicious and authentic taco bar. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The pick up was seamless, the manager (Gus) and the staff were courteous, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything went off without a hitch.Overall, our experience with Los Charros was truly above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this Mexican Grill to cater your next event. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and definitely made our birthday party a great experience!

Very!!!! Good Mexican food!!! The amont of sauce on the enchiladas was excellent!!! The fajitas were so good and you got so much my husband couldn't even finish all of his. I got the pollo monterrey. It was delicious. The beans tasted home made not out of a can. The service was great but it wasn't crowded. We had a new soda before we had to ask: this place is only a 25 30 min drive from far east indy/Cumberland area. Totally worth the drive!!! We will be going back. We were there at around 2:00.Wheelchair accessibility: Not that great. The ramp was at the end of the sidewalk. Not exactly near handicapped parking spaces.
