"Restaurant was immaculate in cleanliness, food quality was awesome as always, the chef you can tell enjoys what they do. My only problem was with our server on the receipt it said his name was Jorge Ivan he seemed dismissive on the point of being rude, was on his phone in view of guests. Honestly it was almost like he didn't want to be there. Other then that I love Los Compas for awesome atmosphere and excellent food."

Staff is always friendly! At 5p on a Saturday evening the order and service was fast. Food was served hot and up to expectations for taste and authenticity. There is almost never a wait time to be seated and when there is, it's worth the wait. A great hidden gem in Independence
