"I have dined at this restaurant twice in the past month. The first time, both my girlfriend and I got sick the day after. Yesterday, I ate there again and now I have food poisoning. This is the most disgusting Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The food comes out quickly, but the service is terrible - no one checked on us or refilled our drinks. We had to wander around to find someone to seat us because the hostess was busy on her phone. I will never return to this place."

Food was good and service was great! It took 3 different cups of tea before I received a clean one though.

I had a mini chimi, shredded chicken. It was a little too salty and you want your chimi to be crunchy, but after it soaks in cheese and beans, it's soggy. Maybe those should be served on the side. The house margarita was great!

overall a very nice experience, but they are at the moment somewhat underoccupied, so waiting times are a bit longer then usual. Eating is still good and waiters are friendly. I recommend trying the choriqueso. goes great on tacos or chips.

The dining experience was decent, but the service was excellent. The waitress was very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant, with a cozy and inviting interior. There were plenty of chips and salsa available for snacking. It was a nice touch to have El Yucateco sauces on every table. View menu

The food and service were both great at this restaurant. I would have given them 5 stars, but the margaritas I ordered had very little, if any, tequila in them. I had 5 drinks and should have realized sooner that they were not very strong. As a non-drinker, I left the restaurant feeling the same as when I arrived.

Service was non-existent. Went looking to try to pay, waitress showed up with ticket. $40.14. Gave her two twenties. I was opening another pouch with fives and ones and she said, “I got it.” She was referring to the 14 cents. Spun around and walked off. I guess she didn’t want to wait for me to get the six dollars from the other pouch.

Saw a mouse ran across the floor. Roach crawled across the table. And when I tried to inform the waitress she told me I was racist. I will never return there when I'm in Mobile visiting. The gentleman nose ring had falling out his nose onto my table. Like wow. Just horrible. Also the waitress called me a punta. And stated she would call the law because I asked her who she was talking too. View menu

Service from the front and servers was great! They were patient and got everything correct. On the other hand, the food was very bland. It was just your general tex-mex game that you could get anywhere. Chicken didn't seem fresh and tasted under seasoned. The rice cooked is terrible. The salsa was bland. I wouldn't call this very authentic. Atmosphere was okay; very dark and not enough lighting in there.

The food is the best in town to my knowledge. The Chile poblano with shrimp, spectacular. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable manager is super nice and very accommodating. The only reason I take a star off is the staff shortage sometimes for that reason things take a little longer than they should, but the restaurant is busy and for good reason, this is to be expected. Well worth the little extra time there.

"The fried pickles are a MUST try Best pizza, in my opinion around.(If you try it and find/know somewhere better please let me know cause it’s absolutely delicious. Also if you want a really good homemade burger/cheeseburger..they have you covered! So many good options to choose from. (We buy just hamburger patties for our two very spoiled rotten dachshund babies and they give 4 paws up they’d give more if they could! Appetizers: fried ravioli, mozzarella sticks, fried green beans, all are delicious but the fried pickles are my “go to” favorite. Pizzas: You have so many options from basic cheese to pepperoni to supreme to specialty ”the Sophia”, “the Bronx”, “the Queens”, “the Manhattan”, “the Philly”, “the Hawaiian”, “the buffalo”.. etcetcso many more options! Meals: chicken or eggplant parmigiana, homemade lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, ravioli, manicotti, the trio, etc. And even delicious homemade huge Hamburgers and homemade thick sliced potato chips (kind of a cross between a French fry and a potato chip there’s just such a wide variety of options and nothing has been disappointing yet. If you are looking for a home style, laid back atmosphere and absolutely delicious food then this is a must try restaurant. I’m so glad we did. It’s a weekly dining spot for us. Also the staff are all super friendly (very busy but super friendly . I hope you have the same experience as we have always had!"
