"I had a feeling it would be fantastic when I saw the line stretching out the door, with people waiting in the scorching sun. It's not a traditional sit-down place; rather, they have standing bar top counters for you to eat at. The menu is displayed on the walls. While the price per taco is on the higher side, I noticed they are very generous with the meat compared to places like Chipotle. The only reason I didn't give this place a full five stars is that I believe great customer service is essential. In my opinion, the service was lacking. I understand it was the lunch rush, but the cashier seemed rushed and unwelcoming. After you pay, you hand your receipt to the cooks, who then ask if you want corn or flour tortillas and what toppings you'd like. One of the cooks, whose name I didn’t catch, was the exception—he was friendly and even made jokes with us. I will definitely return for the delicious food, and I hope that next time the staff will be friendlier when it’s not so busy."

fast service, very tasty eating, find environment. I would go back. I recommend to get the quesadillas, as they are cheese and have more meat on them.

I had my best beef taco today at this place. Very tasty. The place is not fancy but serves excellent tacos. A quite complicated ordering system got me confused but well worth it. The tacos are difficult to eat but who needs clean hands?

This is likely the most authentic Mexican taco experience in NYC! The tortillas are freshly made with each order, and the meats and condiments are absolutely perfect. The staff is wonderful too. This has become my new favorite taco spot!

High-quality, authentic tacos done right. Sloppy but so good. They put as much care into the toppings and salsas as they do the preparation of the meat. Every ingredient in this recipe has been carefully considered. You can do no wrong here. View menu

First time here and already planning the next trip back. These tacos were outstanding. I got both chicken pork the pork stole the show for me but the chicken was also good. Toppings are great too, and you can't beat the quality for the price!

Best tacos in the city. Amazing find, even if it was on our last day. Get yourself down here, you will not be disappointed. Steak Quesadilla the best of my order, followed by the pork taco, finished up by the chicken taco. All unbelievably good; fresh and full of flavour.

These tacos are awesome! When we first passed this place around noon people were lined up around the block...usually a good sign. When we returned after some shopping (around 3:30) it was much less busy. The tacos were fresh and delicious. I got a Carne asada taco and an adobada taco. So flavorful. Visiting from California we know good Mexican food and Los Tacos was the bomb! View menu

I had a delightful experience that turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise. The menu was straightforward and easy to navigate, making ordering a breeze. My food arrived promptly, and the tacos were absolutely delicious. They were flavorful, aromatic, and remarkably fresh. Each taco only took four bites, but I savored every one, truly appreciating the taste of all the ingredients. I highly recommend this place!

I visited this restaurant for the first time with some friends and absolutely loved the experience! While the line can be lengthy, it moves quickly. The cashier is speedy and efficient, which helps with the flow. After placing your order, you pass your receipt to the cooks, who will ask if you prefer corn or flour tortillas and which toppings you'd like. I ordered Horchata to go with my meal, and I highly recommend trying that drink. The tacos were amazing—so good that we almost considered getting back in line for more!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
