"I randomly chose this restaurant before leaving the city and I was pleasantly surprised! My girlfriend ordered a bean and cheese burrito, which was not on the menu, and they happily accommodated her request with a beautifully presented dish. The chicken mole I ordered was also beautifully presented and the most delicious mole I have ever had (shh, don't tell my grandma!). I have now added this restaurant to my list of must-visit places in the city, and I will definitely be returning whenever I am in San Francisco."

Don't let the humble exterior fool you. This is fantastic food. We had the Seven seas soup and a salmon served with poblano cream. I would not go back on a karaoke night--it was much too loud for my tastes. But I WILL go back.

A great place to eat real Mexican food. Place was packed but we were able to get a table and the service was Outstanding!!! The only downer was that they had a singer and it was a bit too loud . Besides that is a total 5 stars!!

BOMB aguachile! The trio is a nice way to sample 3 different types, but the portions are a little small. I also got a full sized verde on the side. These aguachile are perfectly spicy, definitely bring the heat! Also good margaritas here. Overall really love this place! View menu

We love this place! They consistently deliver some delicious food. We typically order the fajitas, rib eye asada, quesadillas, aqua de Chile, and guacamole, and we’re always happy. The agave wine margaritas and michaladas are wonderful, as well. ….And the staff are incredibly friendly and provide amazing service.

Los Yaquis holds a special place in my heart. For the few years I lived in San Francisco their friendly and welcoming staff took care of me every Saturday when I wandered in for my weekly tradition of aguachiles and micheladas with a side order of corn quesadillas. I’ve probably been for both dine in and take out well over a hundred times and was never disappointed. To this day they remain my favorite restaurant in the city.
