"However, we found ourselves waiting an hour for our main courses. When they finally arrived, the mac and cheese was disappointing—the topping was burnt, and the noodles were cold. My son ended up finishing it since we were so hungry, but he wasn't very impressed. On a brighter note, the ravioli was good, served with a tasty homemade sauce and flavorful meatballs. As for the fish, it had the potential to be extraordinary but unfortunately missed the mark. The haddock portion was generous, fresh, and perfectly cooked, but the seafood stuffing was nearly nonexistent; there was only a thin layer underneath the fish that I had to dig out from the bottom of the dish. I could hardly detect any seafood in it at all. While the flavor was delicious and buttery, I really wished there had been more stuffing to enjoy. It had the makings of a 5-star dish held back by the insufficient stuffing. Additionally, the cold rice pilaf was a letdown. Based on previous visits, I can recommend trying the honey butter haddock or baked scallops—they’re truly fantastic! We plan to return, and I’ll provide an updated review then, but unfortunately, this visit did not represent the restaurant at its best."

I can't believe how much I’ve missed Louie’s! I just had the most incredible scallop risotto, accompanied by perfectly steamed broccoli and a Caesar salad. It was wonderful to catch up with Jim and reconnect with great local friends I haven’t seen in months. I'm truly grateful for this fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food and drinks together.

The food was outstanding. We tried the fish and chips, as well as the chicken and broccoli Alfredo, and everything was incredibly tasty. The service was commendable too, especially since we were a group of nine. We called ahead, and they even arranged for transportation to pick us up. Furthermore, they made special arrangements for a cake, which was a lovely gesture!

First and foremost, we love our visits to Louis's since discovering it. It has become our favorite place for dining out. However, our most recent visit with friends wasn't up to par. The steak tips were overcooked, and there was some confusion with our appetizers. Thankfully, they corrected the issue and even took the charge off the bill! We went on a BUSY Friday evening without a reservation, and to our surprise, we were seated in just 5 minutes—what a win! The staff was bustling around, but they were impressively friendly.
