The woman at the front provided excellent customer service. However, they have additional charges for everything, including extra ranch and other sauces. The food was lacking in flavor.

For the price I paid the food wasn't up to par. The woman who served me was kind at first but didn't handle my food with care. But this sandwich though, super thin pieces of fish, might as well just gave me fish skins instead ?

The catfish was cooked to perfection and the fries were still crispy when I got them home. The hot sauce was perfect for the fish. My only complaint is that the tartar sauce was too sweet and thin. Overall, great food and great service, Ill be back! View menu

This place is Sooooo good. The catfish is fried to perfection. It's moist and melts like butter in your mouth. It does have a kick(for the spicy lovers) or get it non spicy. I like both. The staff is so friendly. Trust me, you will not be disappointed

Hello, we decided to try Louisiana Fish and Chips after our favorite fish market was closed on Friday! The staff were very friendly. The fish was absolutely delicious, though the portion size was smaller than I expected for the price. Nonetheless, I will definitely return when my usual spot is closed.

Tasty fried seafood, classic sides, plus desserts from a local bakery. I had the catfish nuggets, macaroni salad, and a mini sweet potato pie. I was pleasantly surprised by their dessert selection: they had a half-dozen types of cake plus sweet potato pies. You get big portions for a reasonable price. Friendly service. Was expecting the food to be a little more tasty. Fried oysters not bad, w the oysters fresh. But the overall taste was flat...nothing exceptional w the coating. Tartar sauce was a poor substitute for the real thing...just a glorified mayonnaise. And the macaroni salad was terrible. The customer service from the manager was a note of distaste. Young mouthy girl w no manners and profiling customers....Discriminatory as a matter of fact. Minding manners w no ageism is better customer service.

I was disappointed with the service; when I asked for a refund, one of the staff members refused to accommodate my request. My overall experience with their customer service has been poor, and it seems they don’t value their customers or consider the needs of those with dietary restrictions, like diabetics. Eating food that is too rich in spices can be dangerous for me. I would advise anyone looking for catfish to consider spending their money at JJ Seafood in Oakland or elsewhere in the Bay Area instead.

Gabby was very sweet and professional. She welcomed us when we came in and was very attentive and clear when she answered our questions. Here is the unfortunate part of our visit,Our food?!!!! We received no quality food for the price we paid $55. We received tail ends strange pieces from Snapper, which must be dried out before it was fried. The catfish was also cut with the serving of frits. We didn't know we wouldn't get any files that don't cut pieces or nuggets. The fish was spicy, but tasteless.
