"As a self-proclaimed steak and cheese enthusiast, I have tried this classic dish in many different places, often using it as a benchmark to judge a sub-shop's quality. Luigi's, however, stood out as one of the best I have had in a long time. They cook it to perfection, with just the right amount of dark ara and grilled to perfection, generously topped with extra cheese. In my opinion, extra cheese is the only way to go when it comes to steak and cheese sandwiches. I also like to add a little marinara sauce to mine. The bread is always fresh and they have never disappointed me. In addition to the steak and cheese, I have also tried their pizza, which was equally delicious."
