"I ordered a medium rare steak but received an overcooked piece instead. The staff were very kind and brought me a new one, but this time it was completely raw. The vegetables, however, were amazing. The burger lacked flavor, though. Additionally, there was a mix-up with my drink; the server insisted that was what we ordered, but that wasn't the case. As for the atmosphere, it was quiet and the empty room had a huge brick wall, making it pretty dull while waiting for the food."

First time dining here it did not disappoint. Had the salmon risotto which was very good! Markers over with a good pour reasonable price. Service was excellent as well. Looking to our next visit!Food: 4/5

Food was decent. Made it clear we wanted an appetizer before we ordered our drinks. asked for it with our drinks and again when they asked for our drinks again. Don't order your main dish until you get your appetizer. Food was okay though.Atmosphere: 2/5

We really enjoy dining at Lukas, their food and service is excellent! One suggestion I have is to make your burgers more user friendly. I watched my friend struggle with way too much lettuce and a bottom of the bun falling apart. He ended up using a knife and fork to eat it. My brisket topped mac and cheese was amazing as was the pizza we had and the calamari appetizer. Definitely a great place to eat! View menu

The food and service were good, but I found it a bit pricey for three people. We each had one drink, shared an appetizer, and had one salad, and we were also charged for bread and butter with the entree. The bill came to over $200, not including the tip, bringing our total to $250 for dinner. I understand that prices have gone up significantly, but I still felt it was too expensive for what we received.

This restaurant was a delightful surprise! Since it was our first visit to Jackson, we weren't sure what to expect, but we decided to try Luka's. It was fantastic! The pub burger was incredibly tasty—possibly one of the best burgers we've ever had. We also enjoyed both of the cocktails we ordered. The ambiance of the restaurant is charming, and the service is attentive. We will definitely return to Luka's when we visit Jackson again.
