Just go! After spending five hours driving from Philadelphia, we needed a quick yet delicious meal. The barrel chairs really gave us that West Virginia vibe, which was a fun touch for first-timers like us.

Cool place, great staff, I've eaten here quite a few times. I consider it one of the best local diners in the area, Wait times can be a little long due to a really poor labor force in the area but it's family run so they do their best to bring it out hot to you ASAP. Menu looked decent. The sandwiches don't come with fries or chips. A four dollar upcharge add them seems a bit much. The food looked amazing, but it could really use a bit of seasoning as it was bland. The waitress was fast, friendly, and efficient. The slaw was excellent. Truly an authentic place. The food is simple and consistent with what one would expect of a diner in West Virginia. The waitress was straightforward and knew what she was doing. The setting has a dance floor with cocktail tables and room for at least 100 people. A reveal party was going on behind a curtain. We had a cheeseburger (patty was made in when we ordered) and a hot ham and cheese sandwich on white bread. We learned about homemade soup and chili after we had finished, so we will get that next time.

I have been driving into FLATWOODS (Sutton) for years to fill up at the SHELL (now sadly gone as is the restaurant beside it) and only glanced at the sign for Luzander 's. However, this trip I decided to give this out-of-the-way place a try....and so glad I did!!! This is REALLY a hidden gem and must be popular with locals as there is no advertising on the highway.
