Haven't been to Macaroni Grill in a while. Decided to stop in to see if any changes have been made. I worked at Macaroni Grill for 10 years in the mid 90s....

Place was quite empty, but it was 12 on a Monday. Service was fast and attentive. It wasn't very important for bread, but you like it. I created my own pasta and it was delicious. All in all, I'm glad I'm here. View menu

The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional—really beyond expectations! Everyone had a wonderful time! I ordered the salad with blackened salmon, and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return over and over again.

Jose was our server and he was awesome! We had our 2 month old twins with us after a stressful day and he was accommodating for our family. Jose put us in way better mood while we were there than we felt originally walking in! Thank you Jose!!

We dined in for lunch today to celebrate my mom's early birthday. Our server, Brenda, was outstanding! Our food was served promptly and was absolutely delicious. Our drinks were always full, and she even provided plates for the cake we brought for my mom. The service was fantastic! We will definitely be returning. Went there tonight it took a little while before the waitress came to the table. She bought the salads out before I could even pick my fork up she brought my food. It was barely warm. I ordered the chicken Parmesan. The pasta was good but the chicken was dry with very little sauce. U used to love this place it was nice and classy. It has gone downhill. Oh, I ask for parmesan cheese and she brought it to me in a cup. What happens to them grating at the table?

My daughter and I decided to stop for lunch, and since I'm on a strict diet due to food sensitivities, dining out can be challenging. However, our waitress went above and beyond to assist us. I anticipated that choosing an Italian restaurant would be difficult, especially since I needed to avoid gluten, dairy, and garlic. To my delight, I had a delicious meal that was almost customized just for me, and I left feeling completely full and satisfied. It truly fulfilled my craving for Italian cuisine.

Absolutely horrible service, both the take out lady and the GM helped me but we 're both rude and seemed to be bothered by my order. Asked for two orders of the Double Mac n cheese with penne pasta. Ended up with a completely different thing. When they tried correcting it I ended up with one order after waiting 15 minutes after I had arrived. Then had to wait another 15 minutes to get the other half of my order. It would be nice if instead of arguing internally in front of the customer they listed to my order and didn 't give me what they felt like. To add I 've ordered the same thing for years and this is the first time I 've had issues. And it sure was an issue and went wrong View menu
