Macy's Place Pizzeria

Great food. Subs are great, wings are the best in buffalo. must try the friday fish fry one of the biggest in town. the owners son is a great cook and the food is always hot for me.

The pizza is delicious, but the wraps are an incredible deal – you get a huge portion for a really reasonable price. The wrap I ordered was enough for two meals, and I’m not petite when it comes to eating!

The wings were good, as they usually are. However, I specifically requested a light sauce, and my pizza ended up being overloaded with sauce. It was also not cut properly, making it quite a mess. Overall, I was a bit disappointed. View menu

I was once again thrilled to order from Macy's! The platinum wing sauce was incredibly delicious, and the crispy wings were just as I requested—yummy! The #2 small cheese pizza with an additional item, plus 20 wings, always satisfies my cravings.

Ordered and was told to pickup in a half hour which turned into an hour. Pizza was flavorful and unique. The crust isn’t like a typical thicker Buffalo crust but the flavors make up for that a bit. I ordered the wings extra crispy and they did not disappoint. Would have given five stars if not for the long wait.

So I had Thier Carolina reaper wings. They did not have all the reaper I expected. They had some mild heat but nothing comparable to reaper. They tasted like general tsos chicken. Normally, the food is fire. I love the craziness they come up with here and the massive size of things. The sauces for the wings are amazing. Of all the times I have ordered I really only have one complaint. I selected the button for saucy wings and got enough sauce to drown a small chicken. It took a good thirty minutes to dig out the wings and scrape off the thick sauce. Sauce was still amazing though, def ordering again.

The Genesee location has poor management and unprofessional service. The staff hung up on me when I called to address an issue with my order, which they had messed up intentionally. They lied about remaking my food and were unresponsive when I tried to reach them. I waited two hours for my order, only to receive the wrong food, which was also cold. I tried to contact the owner, but I couldn't get through. Overall, my experience was very disappointing due to the terrible service.

We absolutely adore Macy's! The pizza is consistently fantastic, even a simple cheese pizza tastes amazing. The sauce is rich with a hint of sweetness, making it just right for pizza. We also tried the Honey BBQ chicken fingers, and they were incredible too. The sauce had a perfect balance of tanginess and sweetness, beautifully coating the fingers. We've had them plain as well, and they were delicious. What we love about the chicken fingers is that they are thinner yet very wide, making them nearly double the size of most other chicken fingers.
