After moving to Austin, I had been searching for a delicious dark chocolate ice cream, and I finally discovered Maggie Moo's. I loved the ice cream and the extensive selection of toppings they offer.

One unfriendly employee spoiled what would have been a pleasant visit to this establishment. It's unfortunate that we won't be coming back, especially since my child's swim school is just around the corner. I could have easily seen myself spending about $40 a month here, but the employee's rudeness guarantees that I won't be returning. What a shame. View menu

Ice cream was runny and not as tasty as I thought it would be, staff didn’t greet us and were rude and also didn’t know how to scoop ice cream properly in the cone without getting it all over my hands from the scoop falling over down the cone, it’s cute on the inside though but i’m not coming back to this establishment, the prices also aren’t worth it either.

Unprofessional staff. Came in for an order, I was in a hurry and I asked how long the order would take they said 5 minutes. 7 minutes later I asked for the order again and the girl said I’m making it now. I asked her why would you tell me 5 minutes if you were not intending on making it. She said calm down it’s just ice cream, I am making it. I said there are 4 people here and she said they were in training. I asked for her bosses information and she said she was not going to give me her information and that she was going to cancel my online order.
