"We didn't want to wait 2 hours at cooper hawk (who i believe had a fake wait time to get ppl to buy wine at the bar) and walked down. They too had similar non reservation timeline but accommodated us and our toddler wonderfully. Usually at an upscale place like that you wouldn't think so but they were all great! The salmon spinach was the absolute best I've had, and my toddler had the truffle Mac and cheese, which I got to eat half of it ."

"Ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi, as well as the shrimp only hibachi. Not only was it an incredibly small potion NOT worth $22, but It lacked flavor and the shrimp were the most over cooked seafood I believe I've ever had. It has the consistency of chicken. Very very disappointing concidering we spent $60 on two entrees and crab Rangoon. Would not eat there again."

"The food at this restaurant is decent, but I have had a couple of instances where a main dish was missing from my order. This has happened to me twice now, so I would recommend checking your order thoroughly if you order directly from them. If you order through a food delivery service, you may want to address any issues with the delivery service itself. What disappointed me the most was the lack of apology or acknowledgement of the mistake when I called to inform them about the missing item. They simply told me to mention it next time so they wouldn't forget, without offering any apologies or sympathy for the inconvenience."

"My family has been enjoying Charlotte’s Rib for forty years and it consistently impresses me! The coleslaw is the best that I have ever placed in my mouth, hands down! The beef brisket as well as the pork steak, and baby back ribs are all family favorites! And by the way, try their French fried mushrooms and Jalapeño Poppers, both excellent. Charlotte’s Rib has catered numerous family gatherings for my family and out of town guests have consistently complemented us on the food. If I was on Death Row and was ordering my final meal on this earth, it would most probably be Charlotte’s Rib! Family owned and run, exceptionally sweet people to do business with. "I’ve been to a number of restaurants in my lifetime. Very few are truly an experience. Very few actually provide better than average service. So I am compelled to talk about our experience for my birthday last night. I was very worried upon arriving to a non discript strip mall on Manchester just west of Clarkson to see a rather unpretentious front that almost looked closed with a sign that said “a culinary experience”. From the time we opened the door and was greeted by the hostess we were transported to one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. Everything was perfect! The staff all of them were clearly happy to be there and wanted to make sure we had the best service ever and they succeeded. They were there when we needed them and they were not there when we didn’t. I read a review that complained about the prices. Well, when we looked at the menu it seemed a bit pricey. I was wrong. You do get what you pay for. Malinche truly delivers value. Our meal from beginning to end was fabulous. I’m sure it was the best Mexican meal I have ever had, both the presentation and the incredibly delicious taste. My culinary taste buds were firing for the entire meal. This is a must go to restaurant. Make a reservation as they were completely booked last night for dinner and I bet they are often so. It is well worth the trek to far west county and I will be returning soon. Awesome everything! They succeeded in providing a culinary experience.
