As of June 2023, this restaurant is closed. A "For Sale" sign is displayed on the property, and there are no indications of any ongoing activities. However, there's another cafe located just down the street.

The Annex was closed on a Friday and we chose Mama T's thinking we could get a steak dinner. My sirloin was overcooked and my husband's ribeye was a poor cut with too much fat and gristle. We were very disappointed. We recently had a steak dinner at Stone Ranch and it was delicious! Will not return to Mama T's. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100
