"However, not everyone at our table had their IDs, and those who didn’t were asked to leave. The three of us who remained were still enjoying our drinks when about 20 minutes later, the manager came over to our table and asked us to leave before we had finished. When I asked why, she claimed that we were harassing them, even though we hadn’t left our seats or engaged with any staff, except one who came over to clear our plates. We even inquired about when the owner would be available, hoping to speak with Jeff, who we were told was on his way. Instead of resolving the situation, the manager called the police without checking the surveillance footage or even having a proper conversation with us. Jeff then requested us to leave without any proper assessment of what had happened. The manager was not only unprofessional but also confrontational, and Jeff did nothing to defuse the situation. It’s disappointing because I doubt we would have returned after her aggressive approach. To make matters worse, the owner never spoke with us, and we weren’t offered a refund for the drinks we were unable to finish. This place certainly shouldn't be able to market itself as family-friendly. I wish I could share photos of the manager to showcase our experience."

Food is consistently good. Their house made garlic ranch is exceptional. You can buy a pint to take home! Dietary restrictions: One of the few places in town that have dairy free cheese.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced, with friendly and attentive service, and a fun sports bar vibe. We've been there several times over the past year and have consistently enjoyed our experiences, especially with the outstanding table service and cleanliness. Waited for over an hour on a Thursday dine in for two pizzas and when I finally went up and asked about them, I was told it would be another 1.5 hour wait, despite the fact that countless people came in after us and had their food within 10-15 minutes. We left after a hour because they had not even started our pizzas and could not commit to doing so within the next 90 minutes. You could not pay me to set foot in this establishment again.

The food here is great, the prices aren't horrible, and the portions are worth it. Clearly though, whatever software these guys use at the counter sucks. I feel like during peak/busy times you can witness the staff being frustrated at how confusing their system is every another customer walks away. It's not on the staff though. It's on the owners. You need a better system to handle your crazy volume during peak times. Stop cheaping out, as owners tend to do. Staff should not be as stressed as they are.
