"As always, the menu items ordered were consistent in quality with past experiences. The wait staff were lots of fun, and when I wondered about a specific wine, the waiter brought a generous taste. I was glad he did, as the wine wasn't as great as the other wines I'd had from that winery. The noise level was fine until a family with three children under 6 came in. We were eating an early dinner, so I don't have a problem with the restaurant, but the parents had no empathy for fellow diners."

"Third visit here in less than two months. We loved it here until this visit. Service was poor. Took more than 5 minutes for waiter to acknowledge us. Salads came out fine but our appetizer came out after our entrees and only after we asked someone to check on its status. Waiter just made excuses. Expressed our disappointment to the manager who offered to comp us the appetizer and treat us dessert to make amends. Shout out to the manager who genuinely listened to my complaints and was appreciative letting him know our displeasure. That was the only saving grace for this visit."

"We’ve been here enough to know that they offer great service, but my recent visit was unfortunately disappointing. Sunday night, not crowded at all. After our server got our drink order, he didn’t come back for good 15min to take our food order. We had to ask busboy to get the server, and for some reason we got a completely different person to be taken care. She was nice, but never came back for drink refill and, I don’t know, it just wasn’t the usual accommodating service I’ve known to enjoy. I brought my friends who were their first visit, hoping they’ll like the place, but I don’t think they will ever come back…"
