"We visited this charming little restaurant for brunch today. The seating is cozy and intimate, creating a pleasant atmosphere. All of us ordered the chicken and waffles, and I must say, the chicken was the most flavorful and tender chicken breast I've had in quite a while. The waffles were absolutely delicious! My daughter tried the chocolate chip waffles and thought they were great, although quite rich in chocolate flavor. Everything that came out from the kitchen looked enticing; we were especially eyeing the catfish, French toast, and shrimp. We didn't have a chance to sample the mimosas because it was still early in the morning, but we will definitely be back to try them on our next visit."

"They are open for take out, delivery through grubhub, and dine in. It looks like the temperature scan, encourage masks and have a plexiglass and sanitizer station where you would wait to be seated. I was disappointed to hear the menu and chef had changed because the older pictures here look bomb but decided to give it a try anyways. The hostess was super friendly and pointed us towards the dolsot bibimbap options. I can't speak to the AYCE KBBQ part of the menu or the a la carte options. The menu other wise pretty much boils down to bibimbap, ramen or cold noodles. Still the bibimbap was amazing, full of veggies and color like it's supposed to be. To my surprise, since we did to go, we also got two plates of just side dishes. It may or may not seem like a lot depending on your appetite but it was very filling and all of it was very delicious. Definitely recommend it."

"Umaido just cannot get it right. Sometimes great, often terrible. As of NOV 2023.... Terrible Greasy fatty broth. Diarrhea city. Don't they know that they need to skim the fat off the broth after it's simmered all night? Sure they do... but why throw away the fat when you can charge your customers for it? They've lost me again. It will likely be another year before I give them another chance. There's just too many restaurants in the area who care about the quality of the food."

"I really wanted to like this restaurant, but I had my reservations after seeing the mixed reviews. There was only one server on duty who was friendly but rather disorganized. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food, even though the place wasn't that busy. We didn't get any coffee refills, and it seemed like the server might have misplaced our order since she took it by hand. To make matters worse, we were initially served someone else's meal. When we pointed that out, she took our order again. The food arrived at different times, with the first person finishing long before the last person received their meal. The dishes were decent but not particularly memorable, and their temperatures varied. For example, the pecan waffle was missing pecans, although the syrup was warm. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back, but hopefully, you might have a better experience on another day."
