Manny Mofongo - Menu

Very clean Place, excellent food and overall the environment makes you feel home. Loved it.

Best Mofongo in NY, I've tried manny, including the ones in Moca, Dominican Republic.. this is definitely the best IMO.

Not impressed. Ordered 2 mofongos and the chicken quesadilla and all 3 dishes were weird tasting... almost as if it was the chefs first time making it. Portion size were decent however for the price of the meals I ordered I expected it to be tastier. Won't be ordering from here again.

Got the ?shrimp mofongito?. This definitely wasn?t that. It was closer to a tostone with lots of melted cheese and one piece of small shrimp. Says it comes with a ?side salad?, when in reality it?s a warm bed of coleslaw, which the ?mofongito? rests upon. The patecon reads that it come with fries; fries are MIA. Can?t say I will order from here again.

Traditionally it?s supposed to be pickled red onions and the onions are raw ???. And now the mashed plantains are okay but there is this sour after taste I?m not digging I don't Know if it?s because they intend to make it that way or somethings not right ?. Salami is good. Terrible. They sold the business and it's under new management. All prices went essentially the new cook is complete for lunch. They sold me a chicken that smells like cat litter and I had to throw it out. Then the manager told me she would replace my food the next day at no cost. I went and ordered the food personally and when she gave the food, she and her other partner tried to invite me for the food. When I came home to eat the food I paid for food, it was salty and the rice tasted as old and looked like it had been cooked the day before. Please drive the other way!!! I have a pig mofongo and the pig meat pieces were from fat and fat no meat at all!!!!
