"First time there and I had the buckhorn Burger which was ranked 7th best in the United States buy some well-known food critic. It was pretty damn good! I am a hamburger lover and I've had them all over. This would rank in my top 3. It would have ranked number 2 but I wasn't that crazy about the bun. Just the same if you love hamburgers you have to go there and try this. As the advertisement states, you must eat this before you die"

Just south of Socorro there is a great burger spot just off of I25 that you have to step into for a burger at least once, but you will find yourself coming back time after time! They boat being the #7 burger in America, come prove them wrong, bet you can't! Buckhorn is a wonderful place to take a break from the road and enjoy yourself for an hour or so!

Fantastic food and environment for a small town spot. Paid $30 after tip for the sourdough melt, the best onion rings I’ve had on this side of the state, and a craft beer from Ex Novo. I’m very happy with the food and the service I received, and plus points for a clean and well stocked bathroom. I live 45 minutes out, but this place might be on my radar for a weekend lunch even with the drive.
