"They say first impressions are everything. Well my first time here 9/15/21 and this is my new spot when I come through. From when I walked in there was a guy standing in front greeting customers his professionalism was great. When I left a different man either manager or owner came in working and made sure I was taken care of.I had the pleasure of having Stephanie she was great and was so sweet. When you've had a rough morning it's nice to come and be around nice people. I LOVE the way I was treated. Oh and the food was great ?"

"Best of the Best. This is my new favorite restaurant in East Texas. The Seafood Enchiladas were off the chain. The hush puppies were delicious. Our waiter was service with a smile. "I ordered the hibachi shrimp. Rice and veggies were good, shrimp had a bad taste. We told the waiter, he got the manager. He stood over me pointing his finger saying this is how we've cooked it all day, no complaints. I at least expected him to remove shrimp from ticket and cheythe shrimp for other customers. He didn't do either. We've been going here for years, the son has taken over. His father did a way better job at customer service. I'm hoping nobody including me gets sick."

"Food was delicious from my couple of experiences. Went there with the family a few times, the 2301 roll is absolutely wonderful, and the yakitori and gyoza are tasty, too. The service has been pretty good, no real complaints but nothing stellar. Maybe some very slight delays, but still good and fairly attentive. My BIGGEST complaint is that it's always very warm in there. Been in different rooms even when it wasn't super hot outside, and it's still hot inside. The atmosphere is otherwise fine, the place is clean and decently nice, but they need to lower the temperature a little to make it more enjoyable in there. I like the place, and would go back much more if they'd get their A/C straightened out."

"Service was pretty-much expected for Texas (it has been great everywhere). Price is also slightly lower than similar restaurants.We go out for Mexican food pretty often and Herraduras has the best tasting food I've had in a long time.Personally, I had the Wild-hog burrito. It was awesome, and the whole family loved their meals, too...so if you're thinking about Mexican food for your next meal, this place is definitely recommended!"
