"We were a table of 9 on the day after Christmas with some traveling from Toledo others traveling from Cleveland. The staff of Chez Francois could not have been kinder or more patient when the oldest in our group decided that we should sit at a different table than they had already set. It was changed back without hesitation at my request we enjoyed a phenomenal meal with outstanding service in a beautiful setting. This restaurant is worth the drive always has been. We relaxed, enjoyed each other our surroundings, had one of the best restaurant experiences any of us can remember. We chose entrees ranging from the special seafood choices to the classic steaks we all ordered different desserts that were to die for as well. The entire waitstaff was knowledgeable, patient, professional, friendly. There is nothing I would have changed (other than my dad's attempt at a new table! would recommend this to anyone for a superb meal in a warm, pretty setting being attended to by top notch professionals."

"From the moment you walk into the restaurant you are treated with superb service. From water glass to wine service, from appetizer to dessert, from cocktail to aperitif this is an amazing dining experience. We were so impressed with the appetizer list we ordered 6 for a table of 4. The soups are to die for— especially the cup of lobster bisque, wild mushroom and the French onion. 2 in our party ordered Beef Wellington— cooked to perfection and crusted with a perfect pastry. Another ordered the duck— wow is all you can say. And I ordered the Lobster Thermidor. It was a show stopper and was prepared with such care so the lobster and scallops were marvelously highlighted with mushrooms and cream sauce. Then we had the cheese plate with a courtesy sherry and dessert with port wines. What else is there to say but EXTRAORDINARY and EXCEPTIONAL!!! If you are in Ohio or Michigan you Must make this a stop!"

"Stopped in to use the restrooms and never left. We got to the Wollybear festival, walked around, and ended up at Rudy 's. 4 **** Marys, 3 Absloute and waters, A Philly Cheesesteak with tots, a Truffel Burger with onion rings and A HUGE Pretzel and being there 5 hours the whole experience was Awesome. The 3 bartenders were as close to perfect as you would ever find. They were all over, and nobody wanted for anything, and they complimented each other well. The 3 cooks made/prepared everything quickly and efficiently with a GREAT TASTE! This was our first time there, BUT it will not be our last! John Taffer could take lessons from the staff there.
