"I went into the store, and a staff member retrieved a physical menu. However, not everyone has these menus on hand and typically relies on the website for pricing and information. I was disappointed with the service and decided I would not be returning, especially since I was trying to order four large pepperoni pizzas for kindergarteners. The time spent resolving this issue led me to choose Marco's Pizza instead, as I initially thought there was a glitch on the website. Unfortunately, I ended up being late delivering the pizzas to the teacher. UPDATE: Two hours after my initial post, I spoke with a woman named Kym on their Facebook page for the Chesterfield location. After doing some research—and without any solid proof—I suspect this Kym may be the website designer that replied to my post. I noticed that after this conversation, the website had been updated. I cleared my browser's cache and checked a different Marco's Pizza location. Based on this new information, I have decided I will not be going back to Marco's Pizza again. Myself and three others have observed the changes on the website and we all agree that it is misleading. Instead of "HOT DEALS," it should read "Current Specials" or "Current Promotions." In the end, I am relieved that the kindergarteners were fed, though it was delayed because I mistakenly thought there was a website issue with ordering the pizzas. I ended up visiting a different pizza place, but at least the kids' tummies are full."

10/10. One of the best pizzas in the area. Highly recommend. So much flavor. Butter cheese crust is amazing. Didn't get a picture, but the bread sticks are delicious. Don't like breadsticks from many places, but those are something else! So good.

I had the misfortune of ordering a pizza with white sauce. While under the impression their white sauce was a cream sauce... According to the evening manager, Madison, the white sauce is just galic butter and also flavor free. Not that it mattered, considering there was no sauce or butter on the pizza. At our office, we launched something we call "Pizza Quest Friday," where we explore different pizza places along the M59 corridor in search of the best one. I think we might have found it! The pizza here is incredible—wonderful crust, flavorful sauce, and generous, tasty toppings. The staff were fantastic as well, striking the perfect balance between being friendly and professional. This place is definitely worth a visit!

Marco's, please never change. You are the only pizza place within a 50 mile radius that charges fair prices and doesn't price gouge on delivery. I feed my entire family WITH delivery for $25 every time I order here. The pizza is actually good quality and I have never had a pizza that wasn't made to order. Not to mention, your staff is professional and FRIENDLY!! WHAT?! We have basically boycotted every other pizza company. Please stay this awesome forever!!!
