The decor was nice, but unfortunately, the food tasted like typical Mexican fare. There was nothing that really stood out or impressed me. I left feeling disappointed.

Service? What service... We waited 7 minutes just for chips and salsa. The salsa was great, but after waiting another 7 minutes with no sign of our order, we decided to leave. After 15 minutes without any service, we lost our appetite for Mexican food.

Ist time and very disappointed. It took 10 minutes to get chips and salsa. After 15 minutes and still not being asked what we wanted to drink we left. We were not there at a time when the restaurant was full so I don't know why the service was so poor.I will say the salsa was good.

3.5 stars. I really enjoyed Maria's Special which was grilled chicken steak and shrimp with queso dip on a bed of rice. A companion really liked the chimichangas. The margarita was excellent. Typical Mexican menu with tacos burritos enchiladaspollo dishes etc. Service was very good View menu

Everything we ordered was delicious! Chips and salsa, cheese dip, our entrees, and the kid’s menu quesadilla with rice we all enjoyed. We’d come back for the food.Our waiter was very nice, but a bit slow considering it wasn’t very busy. It took a long time to receive our boxes and checks, which normally I wouldn’t care but when you have a fussy toddler, you want to get out quick.

The food was pretty good. A little pricey for a Mexican restaurant but still worth it. We went at an off-peak time and Kris the bartender was great. She was extremely attentive, and the food came out quick. The chips are a nice not too thick but nottoo thin. The salsa has a little heat to it. Heard about the fee for using a card so paid with cash. That was the main reasonfor the 4 stars instead of 5.

Ate at Maria Bonita for the 1st time tonight. The queso, quesabirra, street corn and chicken nachos were all great. The cheese enchiladas were all shell with hardly any cheese at all and the guacamole was disappointing. While overall, we enjoyed the food very much, the waiter was the worst waiter we have experienced in years. He had no personality and seemed like he didn't want to be there. After we got our food he didn't bother to check on us even one time. We had to hunt him down for any refills and to get the check. We had to get the take out trays ourselves because the waiter couldn't be found. The restraunt wasn't busy and we were his only table at the time. Maria Bonita, keep the food... View menu
