Terrible service A while back they charged $89.99 for shrimp plate even though they said its $39.99 It was 2 of us and they charged us with 20% gratuity on our bill. Yesterday, July 19, 2024. My partner I went for the first time, the establishment is NOT good, the food is yes, but when it came to paying they were very abusive for 2 people for almost 200 dollars and on top of that they forced you to tip 15% and that is only done when it is a party of 6 or more people, I would give it a 0 star rating but they do not have this option, first and last time we went to that dirty place.

Food was fair, overall rate 2 stars, 7 mares caldo was very watered down. Poor cleaning practices!! Mold everywhere. Please clean this place. Bleach is cheap. If there is mold obvious to the customers, I wonder what it looks back in the kitchen. Mold doesn’t happen in a week. This is several weeks of no cleaning or poor cleaning . Also noticed servers cleaning tables and bring drinks and food out without washing their hands. That is cross contamination. Place need cleaning and a little remodeling to the Lorax area would hurt, but even if it’s not remodeled, definitely cleaning goes far ways.

I had years going to this place but it has gone bad in my experience. Specially today was a total disappointment my friend got really sick he ordered octopus and shrimp cocktail. The octopus tasted like it was bad. He vomited in the restaurant. I ordered a type of tilapia that wasn’t well done. I asked to talk to someone about it, and I let him know what was the problem but he came with an attitude that he did not wanted to take the blame even though we had been there for more than an hr 1/2 and how my friend got sick right after eating that cocktail.
