If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. While enjoying my Pokébowl, I discovered pieces of glass in my food. I was chewing and suddenly felt a crunch. I spat it out and found glass! This is completely unacceptable!

I visited Marstea to meet up with a friend. I ordered a Large Rose Lychee Sparkling Mojito for $5.90, and my friend got a bowl for $16, which she said was quite filling. I also really liked the interior design. You can dine in comfortably, and there’s no need to tip since there are no waitstaff.

The food at Marstea is excellent, and the ambiance is delightful. The charming decor and outdoor seating area add to its appeal. It’s a popular spot, with a steady flow of customers throughout my visit. Family-friendly and welcoming, it’s perfect for gatherings with friends or a date night. I highly advise against ordering from this restaurant. We ordered two poke bowls on Friday, and the food was far from fresh. The salmon was drowned in sauce, yet it still tasted spoiled. Additionally, the service was incredibly poor. When we complained about the bad quality of the food, they not only refused to exchange it or offer a refund, but also blamed us, claiming that no other customers had complained. What kind of response is that? Avoid ordering from them!
