"They have an all you can eat seafood boil…! While my stomach can’t handle that, I thought the people should know. The food is absolutely delicious here. I like to visit for an appetizer of fried oysters, seafood rice, and of course the crab boil. The crab boil here comes with broccoli, eggs, potatoes, corn and you can choose which seafood options you like. The seafood rice is delicious! The oyster po boy which I tried for the first time at this visit has tomatoes, pickles, oysters, and lettuce with a Cajun cream sauce it was different but still tasty. The staff was friendly and the Restuarant was clean- the absolute first thing that I check for outside of the sanitation score!"

I used Uber Eats ordered onion rings with the Shrimp bag (head on). This is probably the 3rd time I've purchased from them. Unfortunately, this time the shrimp was soggy, soft, overcooked. The corn wasn't fresh.

It was ok you only get 1 crab legs cluster. Which is half a pound. The sauce doesn't have that much flavor. The waitress sucked, but the food was cooked well. All you can eat but once you take a couple of bites you're full. Unlimited crab legs is 29.99 plus the buffet which is 34. it was good but I won't be going again.

Just ate here for the first time tonight, it was my birthday dinner. We got a TON of food (crab legs, crawfish, oysters, clams, shrimp and it was ALL DELICIOUS! Our waitress was also great! She was super friendly, and helped us with the menu so we got exactly what we wanted. And they sang to me for my birthday! 10/10 recommend! View menu

Everything was done right and the food was delicious. I've been to other shake places and this one crushed them on quality, freshness, taste. Snow and Dungeness were medium sized halves with plenty of meat. King was only one leg but decent amount of meat. All in all 3 types of crab plus shrimp, potato, egg,, broccoli for around 60 bucks was fair especially with today's prices. We'll be back.

I will say this. Being landlocked is kind of a bummer when looking for good fresh seafood. Having cine from the Chesapeake area years ago, I feel in love with crab feasts. There's nothing like getting a bushel of steamed Maryland Blue Crabs tossed in Old Bay from the fish market and inviting your 10 best friends over to dig in with some potatoes and corn. Well, this place was good, but didn't quite meet my expectations, no options for whole crabs, but the snow, Dungeness, and King crab legs were fairly tasty. And the seasoning wasn't old bay, but it was pretty good. 4 stars, one of the better places in landlocked Charlotte.

"Although I was recently here, I had to drag my hubby out here again to try their amazing Katsu. Since I knew they were short on good seatings, I had to literally drag him out of our house super-early (4:45 pm? for the long 40-minute drive to Matthews! Based on my first experience for lunch, I thought that there might be a waiting list by 5:30 pm, so we arrived early at 5:15 pm. As it goes, we had no problem getting a good seat. It seemed they were more popular for lunch...which made sense, given their amazing lunch specials! My husband ordered the Bento with Chicken Katsu and the side of Sushi Rolls, and I ordered their Katsucurry with Tori Karaage. We also added Popcorn Shrimp as appetizer.Again, their Bento is not typical by any means...as the foods are set in a tray format, and the portions seemed much bigger. The Bento that my husband ordered was basically the same as the one I had for lunch, though he chose the Sushi Rolls over the Popcorn Shrimp. However dinner pricing was obviously higher...but their Bento was a steal...even for 25 bucks. As expected, he loved the Katsu, the Tempura, the whole works. He agreed that it's possibly the best in town...on par with Musashi's. Though highly anticipated, I didn't quite love the Katsucurry with Tori Karaage (AKA crispy chicken pieces . Think I prefer the traditional Chicken Katsu slices over these pieces. Plus, both the Chicken and the Curry tasted a bit bland. Still, I'm glad I tried it...as I was so curious about the Katsucurry with Tori Karaage (my first . Just like before, I LOVED the Popcorn Shrimp appetizer...possibly THE best version of Pocorn Shrimp I've ever had?? I'm definitely going back to the regular Katsu...not the curry version next time.Just as before, the service was really good...Fast, friendly and attentive. I could be wrong, but it seemed their decor changed a bit. New wall art? Though super-casual, the place provides a warm, cozy vibe...and surprisingly for such a casual place, they even had overhead music! Despite my disappointment with their Katsucurry, I still stand by my initial notions that I think they have the best Katsu in Charlotte...and possibly the best, most generous Bento Boxes. We'll definitely be back for more!"
