"Seriously?!! Come on, this is a fine dining restaurant very unprofessional! Feels like roadside diner gives better service! BC’s Kitchen meals cost way more than Diner but for “ranch” charges extra! And kid’s meal come with soda or drink, not even told us that if kid wants a root beer will be an extra $4.00!!! Yes it’s only $0.50 for ranch and $4.00 for root beer but the Principle!!! $10.00 kid’s meal $4.00 root bear adult meal!! On top of it our server not even bother to tell us about kid’s meal “ice cream dessert” supposed to come with it! Cheated and ripped off, is that your policy to not telling the customer if any extra charges??? Because we asked, why not tell us?!! And is that your policy to charge soda extra on kid’s meal but it’s OK to not give their desserts even that all written clearly on your kid’s menu?!! Is this how BC’s Kitchen runs? Be careful guys, don’t forget ask them for everything you want during place your order unless you want them to charge you whatever and however they like!!! And don’t forget your kid’s dessert too because they will not being honest tell you or ask you!"

"Environment was upbeat with a quaint vibe. Cleanliness was stellar. Customer service was remarkable and expeditious. Staff was very professional and cordial. Drinks were refilled regularly and dishes appropriately cleared from table. Apptzrs.: Spicy Edamame had good flavor and texture; crab Rangoon had wonderful flavor and great texture; Fried Dumplings w/ Soy Sauce had good flavor and texture. Entrees: Generals Chicken was slightly dry, poor on flavor, and possessed a strong oil flavor. Fried rice was very bland and soggy. The sweet and spicy sauce was reasonably poured on and possessed a good flavor; Kung Pao Chicken: was not as dry, poor on flavor, and possessed a strong oil flavor. Fried rice was very bland and soggy. The sweet and spicy sauce was reasonably poured on and possessed a good flavor. I did, however, enjoy the little crunchy peanuts added to the sauce. Sushi: Shrimp Tempura was good and had quality flavor as well as texture; Smoked Salmon was decent flavor; but, lacked good texture due to soggy rice. Overall Rating: While it is not my first, nor second choice, I would rank it in 6th of the top 10 places I’ve dined for this category of cuisine—which also happens to be my favorite choice of dining. I am a big fan of good quality customer service and can overlook many things if the food is good and they have stellar customer service. I would; however, return in the future to give it a second try. I would give it an overall rating 3 of 5."

"No frills, no pizzazz needed. This place is just good ol' local comfort breakfast food. Highly recommend the Slinger. It's pretty authentically St. Louis as it gets. Very friendly service and I was able to get seated quick. You get your money's worth here and it was priced fairly. Be careful though. I asked for a small cup of coffee and they brought out a whole pot just for me. For $3.30, I didn't need that much coffee, but if you're a family of 4+, it's great for the price! Will come back. Delicious."

"Welcome to the Middle West! If you've done it so far, and you're not a local. You can wonder if this is a place for you to relax; at least, for a time during the trip over the country. It could be worth a look. This is a real sports pub. Spacious interior and clean enough where you can see that the poor waiters do something if not served outside guests. I'd say you could just enter this place and let him boot with some friends. If you are a simpler type, the environment is a little chaotic, as many voices converge into one. The waiters are attentive and will wear a sports jersey depending on the game. When it comes to food, I would call it a neo-American drawing from a mixture of cultures to create unique dishes that exploit the diverse background of this nation. For example, a favorite of many are the Korean tacos! Delightful and savory it is hard to go wrong with this fusion of cultures. Obviously, they offer classics such as pommes, burgers, chicken strips and many other classics. If you've never been to Missouri, you have to try the roasted ravioli. Decade and guilt induce 'd ask why it's a wide spread! I would recommend that you ask the waiters about the freshness of the product to ensure that you get the best. If you are like me, avoid one thing that lives in the sea in view of the central location."
