"We placed a curbside pickup order and waited in the car for 10 minutes when it started to rain. A woman from the restaurant called and asked if we could come to the door, so I drove closer to the entrance. When I got there, she threw her arms up and started saying something, then came to the window to hand me our order. The chili was extremely salty, so I ended up throwing it away, and the chips were so greasy that they were practically transparent. Given the amount we spent, the service was terrible and the food was disappointing. I would never recommend this place."

I love this store. The staff here make my day whenever I go in. If something?s not right they make it right. Service is typically quick and food is always yummy!

I really enjoy the food and sweet tea at McAlister's, but they should consider using different cups. The current ones tend to sweat a lot, causing the ice to melt quickly.

I ordered a club wrap but they gave me a chicken caesar wrap instead. More money for the wrong order. The chicken caesar wrap also had almost no chicken at all. $11+ for a wrap filled with lettuce. Never again View menu

I ordered a club wrap but was mistakenly given a chicken Caesar wrap instead. To make matters worse, I ended up paying more for the incorrect order. The chicken Caesar wrap had barely any chicken in it—just a container stuffed with salad for $11. I won't be coming back.

The staff here are incredibly kind and friendly; they should teach others how to treat customers! I also ordered a gallon of tea, which was just as delicious. If you haven't been here, you absolutely need to check it out—you won't be disappointed. Trust me, you'll be hooked just like I am!

Cashier was pleasant but they were out of ice at lunchtime. Most of the tables were empty but they were all filthy. Perhaps they were short staffed...that's all too common nowadays. Food was okay but not great. That may be on me as I expected better from McAllister's. I am willing to try there again. View menu

They might have been short-staffed, which seems to be a common issue these days. The food was decent, but not outstanding. Perhaps I was expecting more from McAlister's. Simply outstanding! I enjoyed the Southwest Chicken Salad along with a baked potato, and both were incredible. The salad was fresh and packed with crunchy lettuce and vegetables, while the baked potato was loaded with plenty of cheese. I couldn’t finish it all, so I took some home for later. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I also picked up a gallon of tea, which was equally delicious. If you haven’t been here yet, you absolutely have to give it a try. Trust me, you’ll love it and keep coming back!
