"Great sandwiches, I have been to other locations and I can never complain about the food. But this location is the best so far, I have been here several times and the service and food is excellent everytime. Kudos for having great, friendly, professional people working here like Olivia and Diana. The quality of food, the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant is important and it makes it a nice place to eat, but what makes a GREAT place to eat is the people who greets and serves you. And this McAlister's has that. Keep it up and you will have more happy customers like me."

We attended Section 7 Women's Conference in Bryant, AR this weekend. First time I have ever eaten here. The BLT +A was amazing And the best ice tea EVER

Great food, although slow from the kitchen. The place was not busy and the cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. Wife had a baked potato and I had a new sandwich. Both very good. Only complaint was it took 15 minutes for the food to arrive at our table. View menu

We stopped by this McAlister's Deli on Sunday while heading to Dallas. I'm already a big fan of McAlister's, and this visit did not disappoint. The special they had was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Someone even checked in on us to make sure we were drinking plenty of tea. The food was outstanding!

This is the cleanest McAlester's I've ever visited! The staff is fantastic—everyone is super friendly and regularly checked in on us to make sure our food and overall experience were great. I definitely plan to stop by here multiple times, even if it's a bit out of my way. Thank you for the incredible service and delicious food!

We initially had an issue here with an online order, but I called and spoke with the manager Kristin and she resolved my issue promptly and without any hassle. She completely understood my concerns without me even really having to explain much and handled it above and beyond what I would have asked her to. Not a lot of places have great management anymore, so I like to give credit where it's due. View menu

These days, it's rare to walk into a restaurant and find employees who genuinely seem to enjoy their work. However, that was not the case at this McAlister’s today. Every single staff member was smiling and working diligently, showing that they truly cared about providing a great experience. My food was served hot and tasted fantastic. These employees definitely deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service!
