The drive-thru staff were unfriendly and often asked me to pull forward.

This McDonald's in Chipley has become straight trash. The people are rude, the food is never right. Costa has to do something about it.

Not a clean kitchen. I found some sort of a live beetle or mite in my fries as soon as I opened the bag. I don't think I'll be eating at this location again. View menu

I had to use the restroom or I would have gone further down the road. I ordered a spicy Mc Chicken off of the 'dollar ' menu for about $3. They microwaved it to warm it up. Yes this is the current state of Mc D!

I went through the drive-thru and the server, Emma, was friendly. However, my fish sandwich was disappointing—it had just a tiny 1/16th slice of cheese, the tartar sauce wasn't even on the sandwich, and the top bun was upside down. I'm genuinely frustrated with whoever prepared this! View menu

I am not a fan of pulling forward in the drive thu and I feel this location does that a lot. Even when it's not busy. But I have dined in often and this is a nice clean place with friendly employees. Prices could be better for what you are getting but that's corporates fault, not this location's. Overall, if you are a mcdonalds fan, this is a good place to stop.

I stopped by for a cup of coffee and ended up waiting 2 to 3 minutes for someone to come to the counter, alongside several others in line. I eventually placed my order, but after 15 minutes without my coffee, I inquired with the staff at the counter. Since I was the last person waiting, they finally acknowledged my order. However, my coffee never appeared on the screen showing the order numbers being served. This has been a recurring issue at this McDonald's on Northside Ross Clark Circle (#10439).

McDonalds used to be affordable, with friendly employees, and clean eating areas. This McDonalds, the girl that took my order was new but very pleasant. She was doing her best to complete the ordering process but accidentally chose a medium shake instead of the large shake I ordered. When I got the order, I mentioned that I had ordered a large shake and the girl who took order agreed. The manager person on duty was like you only paid for a medium. I said ok but I ordered a large. I was totally willing to pay the difference but she was like well I will give you a large this time but you only paid for a medium and she said it with attitude. At that point there was no way I was paying anymore.... View menu
