Service was extremely slow. The food was lukewarm. They forgot our Happy Meal chicken nuggets, which were sitting on the counter when we went inside to inquire.

Ridiculous- I asked for pickles, I got half picle... Fast food restaurants are a joke.. the minimum wage goes up and the service goes down and it is all over California

The restaurant was spotless, and the drinks were great. However, the hamburger patty and cheese were cold, and the buns were hard around the edges. It took a while for someone to check in with me. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1. If the burger and cheese had been warm and the buns better, it would easily have been a 4 or 5-star experience.

It's not friendly to a deaf person and the worker keeps speaking and won't ask for help to write on paper to make them understand what's said... And the technology screen for orders won't give you paper for the order then I ask the worker to payin cash and let them know about having no paper then they said to wait for too long it's Almost 30 to 45 min I don't like it Idecided to leave and I didn't pay for it I give you rate is bad! You need to be friendly and respected to a deaf person nomatter what!
