"So because no one wants to clean the machines, you don't make frappe's after breakfast? So you pass on money cause you don't want to clean? Can you explain why the drive they is so slow? Can you explain the rudeness of your employees? Can you explain why the order can't come the way I ordered it the first time, instead of the 3rd time remaking my food? Can the pull a part doughnut actually be warm instead of just handing it to me out of the box that's under the pastry counter?? Very disappointed. The customer is the reason you have that job. Without customers, you'll need to find another place of employment and it's looking like we need to rally together and remind them we allow them to do business in our neighborhood. They've been mistreating us for years and we keep giving them opportunities. As I write this review, a customer comes inside to remind them she has been sitting outside for over 45 minutes waiting on apple pies....."

I highly recommend avoiding this place altogether. Just grab a snack at the nearby gas station until you can find somewhere better to eat. Everything about this restaurant leaves much to be desired.

Ordered 2 qtr pndr combos, add Bacon.Given one labeled No Onions and the other labeled Plain. They were made correctly, according to the WRONG labeling.Order taker even repeated it back correctly, but put it in wrong. REALLY disappointed. View menu

at this point the community must choose to close this place, they are not important. manager is real hood and the young people are the worst. whoever the manager who works there on Saturday 25th juni. please get rid of them here if they want to maintain a good relationship with the community

Drive thru was soooo crazy slow after i paid for my 2 frozen Cokes at the first window. Rainbow the colorful lady at the first window was cheerful, all smiles as her name shows, clearly reflected her personality! She truly made up for the super slow second window. Large frozen Cokes weren 't all that large but were refreshing anyway.

This McDonald's appears to use products that have been around for 24 hours. I'm not sure if their hours have changed since COVID, but most days they close around 10 or 11 PM. I don’t understand why so many fast food places in urban areas, particularly in Atlanta, have so much trash in their parking lots and drive-thrus. It's really off-putting. View menu

I was really disappointed, like I am with all McDonald’s locations. What are your hours? Online it says you’re open 24 hours, but when I sat in the drive-thru, nobody responded. I waited here in 2023, hoping things would be better, but it wasn’t. The menu is illuminated, and I see people inside, but that doesn’t seem to mean you’re actually open. I really dislike this place.

They always have you in drive thru awaiting for ever. The website says their open 24 hours but that’s not true. This morning the manager unloaded all her children in the store at 5:30 am and locked the door. No one was in the restaurant cooking or even taking orders. They will always get your order wrong so make sure you check your bag. I think this is the worst Mc Donald’s that exists. The workers have attitude with you no matter what. This place needs an over haul of management and employees. Even though the restaurant is closed dining room the inside still looks nasty! Don’t waste your time and money here.
