McDonald's - Menu

Short change on liquid products..... To far to drive back, and the expense. Live and learn, stay away or learn to check before leaving. But who wants to gamble opening hot coffee in the car. Dang it!

I ordered an iced mocha, but what I received was an iced mocha that had both chocolate and caramel syrup, along with caramel and chocolate drizzle on top. The sticker on the cup clearly indicates that it was meant to be a regular iced mocha.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal with large fries. Burger wasn't a double and didn't get my fries. Also they didn't even give me a drink cup with my order. I've been here multiple times and this is one of the first times they have messed up my order. Place is still nice it's your regular McDonald's View menu

Made a stop at Micky-D's to pick up a sweet tea and an apple pie, and I see McDonalds apple pie has a new look! New look but the same great taste! It was fresh and hot as it should be! The sweet tea was great! Taste hole made! The only drawback is there's a double line and both of them were super long, so I had to go inside and get my food!

Can 't speak for dining in but the drive thru here just plain out sucks. I came here on the way to visiting the grandparents and I 'm in a line, easily 15 cars deep. Took almost 10 minutes after we got our order and I thought its a good thing since it 's possible that it was made fresh. NOPE. Fries were warm and no crispiness at all and my chicken sandwich was soggy. I 'm not expecting much here, but this wasn 't fast food at all.

Honestly I think this is the best service you can get anywhere in Butner/Creedmoor in my experience. They were PACKED but everyone was on the ball working and making sure everything was done right. Great customer service, great management, clean restaurant, and the food was on point. I have no complaints whatsoever. I came here as a birthday treat after work after I got bad service at bojangles and decided to leave. I'm very happy with my decision to go to McDonald's instead. View menu

This McDonald's is pretty much what you'd expect—clean and welcoming, with that familiar golden arches glow and the warmth of a smile. However, it’s the people working here that really make the difference. I had a little trouble figuring out the new self-service kiosk, and Jazmin noticed me standing there with a confused look on my face. She kindly suggested that my order might not have gone through and asked if I had been charged yet. Turns out, I hadn't completed the checkout process, and I would have been stuck there indefinitely if it weren't for Jazmin's keen observation. Kudos to her for saving the day! This is the Cleanest McDonald's I've ever set foot in. Staff are polite and food is served fast hot as expected. We ordered hot cakes and sausage the sausage egg McMuffin meal, both were delicious for fast food. It appears to be newly remodeled has decorated wall paper as well. They have have high and low booths as well as regular tables. The cushions are soft. Almost all of the tables have mini flower bouquets on them. There are also a few TVs in various areas. They have a toddler play area which my toddler loved, it was a perfect stop during our long road trip. Generally speaking, a McDonalds is a McDonald 's is a a McDonald 's. Of course there are a few exceptions, but this location is not one of them. The 3 stars are for the food and the sweet little lady who always works the morning shift at the first window ONLY. The morning shift knows what 's going on. The evening shift, not so much. Minus 2 stars for the inconsistent hours and less than ambitious evening shift workers.
