Mcdonald's - Menu

I had difficulty understanding the person in the car when I attempted to place my order. His accent was quite strong, and I wasn't sure if he was asking for my order or my credit card information. It left me feeling a bit puzzled.

I ordered online to save time, and it stated that the wait would be 5 minutes. However, I ended up waiting 20 minutes, so I decided to go inside. The employee was very rude and impatient. When she finally handed me my order, my fries were cold!

I've been visiting this McDonald's all my life, and it's the only location that consistently gets my order right. The staff here are fantastic—friendly, genuinely funny, and easy to chat with. Their customer service feels natural, not forced, and always leaves me in a great mood. I absolutely love this spot! View menu

I love my McDonald's at Monroe. The atmosphere is always fun and the attention to Customer Services is a plus. They are always willing to help customers in any way they can. I love the music and the bathrooms are always cleaned. I took my 93-year old aunt (she is visiting) and we had a blast. Keep up the great work. It is always good to return and visit you. I was really frustrated because the item I wanted to order wasn't displayed on the screen, and there wasn't a cashier available to take my order. Additionally, it was quite off-putting to have to touch a dirty screen covered in germs. Where's the customer service? It seems to be nonexistent. The woman who handed me my food was nice, but there was simply no way for me to order what I came for.

The food was decent, but the service was lacking. We've all tried to be patient with fast food during the Covid restrictions, but the wait times here were excessive. Their frappé machines are rarely functional, if they even work at all, and the Wi-Fi is equally frustrating—it connects, but you can't actually use it without constant buffering. The manager was preparing my drinks, but she first didn’t know what size a large iced coffee was. Then, she mistakenly gave me a hot brewed macchiato, which was more bitter than what I had ordered. I went back to let her know, and she then gave me the correct coffee, but without any flavoring. I would have gone back again to fix it, but the lobby was locked, and there was a long line. I was in a hurry to get to work at the Waverly location, and I was getting coffee for my mother.

This Monroe McDonald's had a large sign in the window that said BUY ONE, GET ONE FOR A DOLLAR. I went inside and was told in a little hateful way that the deal was no longer available. The manager and cashier walked out with me to check and see if I waslying. Then she said it was for a limited time and I asked why the sign was still up. She was rude an I told her I would callcorporate. I DID CALL CORPORATE and talked to some guy who assured me they would look into it. So far, after telling me theywould call me back...I have heard nothing from anyone. I should have snapped a picture of the poster but the manager immediatelywent inside and pulled it down.
