This establishment is excellent in my opinion for the service and have very respectful and kind employees.I feel like I'm part of their family and they know me by name.

The wait times at the drive-thru are extremely frustrating! I waited for 27 minutes in line, and more often than not, my straightforward order gets messed up. This restaurant has really gone downhill in the past few years.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-through around noon on September 16, 2023. The staff member who helped me was rather rude because I wasn't clear on how to pick up my online order. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, but both the service and atmosphere only deserve a 1.

Every time this McDonald's is clean, friendly and feels modern. It's a great place to enjoy a coffee and have a calm chat even when it's busy! Indulge in a well-deserved break at the McDonald's in Hyde Park Plaza! If you're craving a Big Mac and find yourself a bit hangry for those two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions on a sesame seed bun, be sure to visit the McDonald's in Leechburg, PA. In my experience, this location offers the best burgers and fries of all the McDonald's I've tried!

Every morning, my daughter and I stop by this place for coffee, and we’re usually in and out in just a few minutes. The two girls who usually work the drive-thru during breakfast are incredibly friendly; they always remember us and recognize us when we place our order. Today, one of the girls, I think her name is Shannon, was on vacation but happened to be in the drive-thru ahead of us and generously paid for our coffee! That was such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you!!!

Went to this place 2 Sunday afternoons. First Sunday waited so long for meal I left. This Sunday ordered waited ten minutes for my meal went in and demanded my money back. You people better hire a manager. This is a FAST food place. The kitchen was full of workers laughing and playing around while traffic was backed up around the building. People only have a 30 minute lunch and this dump used up two of my lunch times with nothing to eat. WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Better get a grip on reality. You got customers driving away. View menu
