"Looks like this place was recently remodeled. They no longer have a drink machine or condiment table. You can still get a free refill but you have to ask. They 'll give you a completely new drink. If they forget condiments or you need more than what they gave you, again, you have to ask. They were busy when we went, so we had to wait for them to notice we were at the front again. The food was pretty good for McDonalds though, even though I swear the chicken sandwiches get smaller and smaller. I just don 't like the unavailability of self serve drinks and condiments."

You’ve been back at Canton for six months, and the service is still slow. The staff is not very friendly towards customers. Perhaps you should consider sending some of your employees to the McDonald's in Ogdensburg for training; they really know how to treat their customers well!

I rarely have problems with my orders, but today almost everything went wrong. I ordered a double fillet o' fish but received a single instead, and the fish didn't taste quite right. The fries were warm but had an aftertaste, as if the oil wasn't hot enough. The nuggets were fine, though.
