"Ordered on the app for in store pickup, doors were locked and had to wain in drive through line (30mins) just to pick up my food that I ordered 40 mins ago… the point of the app is to avoid this. Food is cold now and McDonald’s isn’t that great a place to eat but I guess this is what I should already expect. It’s 10:51pm…."
