"Went during restaurant week. During our reserved time there was only 1 other table that was occupied. We were greeted quickly and servers were polite and attentive. We chose items from the special menu; appetizers were good with no complaints. However, when the entrees arrived, they were not hot. The shrimp and grits were warm and the scallop Benedictine was just under warm and while the scallops were cooked they could have been cooked a little longer; I also expected more than 2 scallops. We both had the chocolate chess pie which was good."

"Always a great location with nice surrounding. Waitstaff is always great. But the speed of the bar and kitchen are consistently lacking. Is there only one bartender for the whole restaurant? It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a drink every time. This has been the case the last couple of visits and needs to be fixed. Prices are creeping above competition."

"We literally just googled places for lunch as we were driving by the area and decided to stop it. It was good. I got the apple walnut salad with chicken and it was huge. Our waitress was helpful and the vibe was fun. Glad we found it. "My boyfriend and I went to dinner at The Tulip the other night. We've been many times and it is always a wonderful experience. Not pictured, we always start with the Sausage Crostini and keep the side of marinara it comes with to dip your bread in it! I had a salad and the mussels which were in a garlic white wine sauce that I would've drank from the bowl if we weren't in public. My boyfriend had the bone-in pork chop with a Bourbon glaze over smoked gouda grits and green beans. Everything was cooked perfectly and our server was professional and experienced in fine dining. We love it here because the food is as good as any fine dining restaurant but the atmosphere is more like a neighborhood Bistro. Definitely recommend!"
