The portions are quite small for a $10 chicken sandwich; I would prefer to go to Popeyes instead. However, the buns here are better than those at Popeyes. Additionally, be prepared for a 20-minute wait during lunchtime. View menu

I chose this restaurant because it was close to my hotel, and I'm really glad I did! The staff were friendly, and the burgers were fresh and tasty. The bacon cheese fries could have had more cheese, but the saucy chicken tenders were true to their name. The prices seemed typical for New York City.

If you're in search of a delicious melt, your search ends here. These sandwiches are incredibly tasty! I'm especially a fan of the crispy chicken mac melt. You can't go wrong with mac and cheese on a sandwich—count me in! The herb Parmesan fries are also fantastic. There’s ample seating inside if you prefer to enjoy your meal hot and fresh.

We ordered the Korean Barbecue chicken tenders and the classic chicken sandwich. The chichen sandwich was okay, but the Korean BBQ was amazing! Sweet and spicy and slightly sour. The food was a bit salty, though. The melts are what they're supposedly famous for, so if you're coming here, get those... with the Korean BBQ as a side, of course! View menu

Really nice staff and decent prices for something to grab and go, but, the chicken had a peculiar texture to it. It was cooked all the way through but nonetheless tasted strange. I think it may be down to low grade chicken breast being used or maybe I just had a random bad piece. Looking through the other negative to mediocre reviews leaves me to believe that this may not be an isolated incident and that the chicken may be of lower quality.

Horrible. Horrible experience. ATTN Owner: Your business is failing as we speak. If you don't re staff the store with reasonably pleasant and responsive workers, your days are numbered. The chicken sandwich was only good enough to put something in my belly. The chicken texture was all wrong perhaps they're microwaving it before dropping into the fryer... I don't know but it was an awful texture. My experience with the service workers in that store left me wanting to go home and take a shower to get the rude and ignorant off me.

A good spot for quick meals themed around grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese, and breaded chicken. You can order food from a touch-screen kiosk (ours was weirdly sensitive and not sensitive to touch) but alcoholic beverages need to be bought separately at the counter. I loved that I could get a Doc’s Apple Cider along with my meal, while my husband had a Bronx Brewery Pilsner; love that they support local small businesses! Our food was ready fast. My son enjoyed his grilled cheese but found his cheesy fries so overly cheesed they were soggy. My husband had the Korean chicken strips with fries and liked them well.
