My favorite fast food chain throughout the WORLD! With 5 stars quality. And the staff is just great. I'll never stop going!

I had grilled cheese, cheese tots, and a coffee Oreo shake. Everything was pretty good. I really liked the shake. I plan on hopefully eating here the next time I am in the area.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. I had a great conversation with a girl who had a nose ring about their delicious Nutella shakes. This place is all about cheese, and the soda machine was impressive. View menu

I didn't realize that this was a franchise restaurant. I wish there was another location in Pennsylvania. While on vacation in Manhattan, we had lunch here three out of four days. Either way, I highly recommend trying the hot chicken with honey.

I didn't realize this was a chain restaurant when I first went, but I wish there was one located further west than Pennsylvania. While visiting Manhattan for vacation, my group enjoyed 3 out of our 4 lunches at this restaurant. I highly recommend trying the honey hot chicken dish.

The grilled cheese, tater tots, and tomato soup were all tasty. Despite their simplicity, they were delicious. The restaurant was bustling and we were fortunate to find a table. I switched to going to Melt Shop’s 8th Ave location, and I like it so much better than their Rockefeller Center one! It was more relaxed, cleaner, and I felt the food was better overall. There was one small snag where they forgot to put the avocado on my avocado melt, but they made me a new sandwich quickly and let me keep the original one for free. I love Melt Shop’s avocado options for the summer, especially the crispy chicken sandwich.

I recently visited Melt Shop's location on 8th Avenue and enjoyed it much more than the one in Rockefeller Center. The atmosphere was more relaxed and cleaner, and I found the food to be better overall. Although there was a small mishap with my avocado melt missing the avocado, they quickly resolved the issue by making me a new sandwich and allowing me to keep the original for free. I especially love the avocado options at Melt Shop for summer, particularly the crispy chicken sandwich.

Definitely a place to give a try. Worth the shot. I will say stay away from the Mac and cheese, too creamy and saucy for me- no pasta, and the creamy saucy mixture is just too much I was having a hard time eating, just overwhelming, so much sauce, no pasta, cheese. And stay away from their “famous fries”, jalapeño and cheese drenched fries and tenders, just didn’t enjoy the flavors, I didn’t eat mine. Just not there. I should’ve tried their Koren BBQ flavor.
