The girl at the register was wonderful, but the burger was excessively greasy—almost like I was drinking cooking oil instead of eating it. For $20 for a burger and a milkshake, there are definitely better and more affordable options available.

I waited 20 minutes for a dish that felt like a hockey puck. It tasted like a mix of ketchup, mayo, and napkins. The restaurant was dirty, with a pile of food waste, a half-open bag of bread, and everything left out in plain sight without any concern. I wasted $50 here.

The food is yummy and well priced but the staff can be incompetent at times. It took them numerous tries to figure out the register and forgot the dressing for my salad after I had waited 20 minutes to get it. Disappoint. The amount of oil and presentation are simply disgusting. Tbh, the price and waiting times are not the best either (paid over $10 only for the sandwich and waited for over 15 minutes to order and pick up). The note was also very dry and not freshly tasted. The melt shop has to increase their game or lose it? continue to lose customers.

I love melt shop it?s so good but I DO NOT recommend ?mikes hot honey? I?m a cheese lover but the cheese in the sandwich was too much and overwhelming it was piled with cheese and it made me gag , even if your a cheese lover I do not think you will like this. I spent 10 dollars on it and it was not worth it! I didn?t even finish the sandwich and I couldn?t. But everything else is good. Good service as well. View menu

My boyfriend ordered this meal. It was both our first time trying from this spot. This meal is so simple yet so delicious! It is more on the pricy side but it?s definitely very delicious! The tots were crispy and super good and the sandwich as well! I surprisingly enjoyed the tots without ketchup : The chicken is so crispy and tender. With the Mayo sauce that it comes with!! SOOO delicious!! Would definitely come back.

The image of the lady who holds the grilled cheese here in the Google Card Search is a terrible lie. At least my grilled cheese had a crispy outside, although a sad amount of cheese. My partner, on the other hand, had all my negatives plus a soggy, soft, lack of a crust. The worst thing was what seemed a layer of the most salty... I don't know what, spread over the outside of bread. What I suspect is what the soggyness is loaned. The second time here and my last. The first one with my daughter was pretty happy. But they were inevitable.

I was very excited to try this place. Never saw it before but I?m here right now with my daughter. Ordered a 4 piece Korean BBQ tenders w fries. Tastes great! And the tenders are big and juicy. .. only problem is when I went back to let the cashier knowthey gave me a 3 piece instead, the cook said I was lying and that she did give me a 4 piece.. I heard her laughing loudly as ifthat would change the fact that she gave me 3 tenders instead of 4? I couldn?t even eat 2! They were huge which I did not knowor I would have paid for the 3 to begin with. But since I paid for 4 that?s what I expected to get. Why would someone lie abouta single chicken tender???
