"this is such a cool little place with a neat gimmick. reminds me of a frozen yogurt shop but with baked desserts as the base rather than ice cream, and they offer a whole mess of creative and cool topping options. my partner and i visited for portland's dumpling week. this was memoz's offering, pictured below. it was very tasty, staff was friendly and helpful, the space was cozy and clean, and they have a nice collection of board games in the corner for patrons (we played a round of yahtzee). the reason for four rather than five stars is the price--these desserts are quite small and can be eaten in five or six bites, and ran nearly $9. we also ordered a mimosa, which was only about 6 oz and $7.50. yes, the quality was good, but i personally probably won't return based on price alone. that said, this seems like a fun family-friendly place that would be great to take kids, or to go for a special occasion. but with so many amazing bakeries and ice cream shops in portland that are cheaper, it might be difficult for memoz to compete."

Memoz is one of the most unique dessert places I have gone too. Memoz is a build your own dessert bar that has plenty of choices for everyone even with dietary options. I hope to be coming back soon.

Deliciously creative concept 'pick your own adventure ' style of desert, wrapped around a comfortable yet modern environment with exceptionally friendly staff. You know it 's good when everyone you can see is smiling. They have beer and board games to put the icing on the cake ; View menu

I had spotted this restaurant on Channel 6 News and finally had the chance to visit. I ordered the apple crisp and added toasted pecans, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, transformed it into a baked Alaska, and finished it off with a drizzle of salted caramel sauce. It was a fantastic combination, and I highly recommend it! This dessert shop uses quality ingredients, making it a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to return and sample more items from the menu. 5.0 stars!

This place is absolutely fantastic! Thankfully, it’s just 15 minutes from my home; otherwise, I would be in big trouble. The brownie paired with the baked Alaska is incredible. I also love their chewy cookie with Fruity Pebbles and Sour Patch Kids—surprisingly, it’s delicious! The chocolate cookie is amazing as well and it's vegan, though you would never guess it. However, my favorite so far has to be the banana bread with peanut butter chips and ice cream. Seriously, this is the best dessert spot ever. The staff is genuinely friendly too. Such a wonderful concept!

The service is quick and friendly, although the location is a bit away from downtown. However, it's easily accessible by public transport. The overall decor is pleasant, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. I was able to find a seat quickly and even located a power outlet nearby to charge my devices. They also offer some board games for you to borrow, which is a nice touch. My only real complaint is that the price for the dessert was quite high considering the portion size. I finished my dessert in just 4 or 5 bites, and it cost nearly $9, leading to one of the highest price-to-bite ratios I've ever encountered. While I think the pricing is reasonable if you plan to stay in the... View menu
