"A Perfect Light Dinner Chicken Corn Chowder Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast We were seated on the patio on a perfect Spring evening. Our server was Jared. Jared is an excellent guy. He is very professional and absolutely the best in Customer Satisfaction. He is well known and appreciated in Tonto Verde. The Chicken Corn Chowder was very good. It has been on the menu for years but this was my first time ordering it. I will be ordering it again. If you're looking for a fabulously unique Salmon dish, then the Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast is worthy of your attention. The Salmon tasted as if I just pulled it out of the Traeger. The spiced Avocado had a bit of a kick to it (awesome) and it was ripe to perfection. I loved the taste of theWarm Brie Cheese and the Tropical Fruit Purée. So many flavors for A Perfect Light Dinner"

We celebrated our 17th anniversary at this restaurant and even got married on their balcony. Since then, we have come back for our anniversary every year. This year was extra special thanks to Andy, Chris, and Alexa, who made our anniversary celebration one of the most unforgettable. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed that Mesquite Grill has decided to become a members-only establishment. Many people from outside Rio Verde have been loyal patrons of this restaurant for years. This decision may not bode well for their business, regardless of the number of existing members they currently have. View menu

The Teriyaki Keto Combo Bowl from Chef Matt is a fantastic option for a light summer meal! You'll leave feeling satisfied without feeling overfull. The combination of flavors, textures, and spices is just right. The portions of spiced Salmon and Chicken are generous. The addition of Chia Seeds and Avocado by Chef Matt make it even more special. Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10/10.

We were finally able to dine in!! We are new and hadn't had the opportunity because Covid-19 was happening while we moved here. It's been a pleasure ordering it to pick up- but, this evening we were happy to sit on the patio while we dined! Gorgeous views of the pond and the course are your backdrop to a fantastic evening. We shared a pasta option that was the Special- the name escapes me...but, it was very good! The dessert was especially delicious! We are tickled that you are open to residents! Thank you for always preparing wonderful meals for us!!
