"Clean and Bright restaurant. Friendly staff, easy to read menu, clearly posted prices and spice levels. Menu just large enough to give you choices to satisfy your taste buds. Something for everyone. But also something for the very brave. I had the Chongqing Noodle Soup and my fiancée the Dan Dan Noodles. My soup was outstanding and the spicy level was fine for me as I am used to very spicy food (my stomach hates me every time I do though : . Would have loved more veggie in there though. My fiancée's Dan Dan noodles were good as well, however, I would have added some chili oil as well as more tahini (sesame paste . Noodles in both dishes were cooked very well and tasted great. Only disappointment was the Chicken appetizer (breaded nuggets . I will just say that the texture of them was very industrial I.e. they were not made in house but commercially produced and sold frozen to the restaurant. Think freezer aisle frozen chicken nuggets. Breading was as thick as the chicken piece and way too dense to be home made. However, the Wasabi Mayo and Black Pepper dips were outstanding."

Tried the Chongqing noodle soup today and it was fantastic. Great balance of peppercorn giving the tingle without numbing very much. If that's not enough, there's more on every table. View menu

I had the Chongqing, which was the spiciest food I have ever eaten-a bit too spicy, as I am still sweating, and I can handle the heat. Also, not a lot of food for your buck. I may, or may not go back.

Fantastic noodles and ramen! Stopped in for a lunch and was pleasantly surprised with delicious bowls of noodles and ramen with delicious broth and perfectly cooked noodles and beef. The volcano dish is excellent and the chongqing is VERY spicy. Would absolutely recommend!!

Lady up front was rude and careless and even sighed while I was ordering.I got the Volcano noodle soup with a side of pan seared dumplings. The food was decent, but expect to spend at least $20 per person. I ordered the Chongqing noodles, which are known for their spiciness, but they also had a numbing spice that I wasn’t informed about. It made the dish unenjoyable for me. The customer service was lacking as well. We won’t be returning and I can’t recommend this place. There are plenty of much better Asian noodle options in Tucson.

The Shoyu Noodle Soup was amazing! Restaurant is clean and organized. I was greeted by friendly staff. My food was fast and really a pleasant experience on this rainy day. Will come back as they cater to gluten free customers. Heavily recommend if you are fans of hot soups.Kid-friendliness: Drawings on walls to entertain the children. Clean and friendly. Open seating so children will have plenty of room to be children. Outside seating is an option as well.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly with substitutions for rice noodles on every dish.
