"I understand that every server can have a bad night, but this experience was exceptionally poor. Despite there being five servers and only four other tables, it took over 15 minutes for someone to attend to us, and only after we had to complain. We had informed our server that my partner was lactose intolerant, yet the ceviche we ordered came with a cream sauce, which we could not eat. Additionally, I had to go to the bar to get a refill on my wine. The elk dish we ordered for $45 was cooked perfectly, but it was only 5 oz and came with fries and two inedible stalks of raw broccoli. Despite the broccoli being flash-fried without butter, it was completely raw. We ended up spending close to $100 for a small portion of elk, fries, and cocktails. The highlight of the evening was the amazing belly dancer. I would consider returning just to enjoy some wine and watch her perform. Overall, the service was lacking, with the meal costing between $50-100 per person. The food was rated a 3, service a 1, and atmosphere a 5."

We stopped at this restaurant in April, which is the off-season for a ski town. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I was surprised that they were open, but we were glad we decided to dine there.

This is a hidden gem in angel fire. You must eat here and start with the empanadas. You will not be disappointed assuming you like great food with wonderful flavors. The service is delightful and the outdoor dining is charming. Even my picky teenage boys found dishes they loved. I've never been accused of seeking out Peruvian food. But man the chicken fried ribeye was pretty flippin tasty. The service went out of their way to greet us and make us feel welcome. The outside seeing was amazing in the summer. Wish they had more options on the beverage menu. But if that's my only complaint were all doing pretty well. We also lover the mashed potatoes and corn.
