"Milano’s pizza is every kids dream during school lunch. Delicious and all around amazing. Better than any main pizza joint in Tyler that I’ve had. I got a large pepperoni pizza and their chocolate dessert pizza (chef’s kiss). The power went out just before I got there and they were in a mild panic, this didn’t effect my order since it was already made and I had cash, but they still apologized. Customer service is always amazing! 10/10 recommend Service: Take out"

This is my favorite restaurant by far. Although I try many different places, I always find myself returning here the most. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food served is always fresh and delicious. I love having a nice meal here, and I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! View menu

The price was over $16, which felt a bit steep for the size of the pizza. The sauce was quite acidic and mostly had a strong tomato paste flavor, and the mushrooms were canned and mushy. While there were plenty of peppers and onions, the overall toppings felt a bit sparse. The crust was dense but well-cooked. Given the limited options in Van, Milano's is an acceptable choice but doesn't really stand out.
