"Yesterday, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. When we walked in, I was initially surprised to see TVs showing the Harlem Globetrotters, making me think it was a sports bar. However, after taking in the sushi bar and the decor, I quickly got over my initial confusion. May was our server and she was a delight to talk to. It was our first time there and she made sure everything went smoothly. The food was delicious - we enjoyed the BBQ squid legs, sushi, sashimi rolls, lemon grass shrimp, and Pork Ramen in classic broth. We also ordered Japanese fried chicken for my 8-year-old, which she loved. Every dish we tried was excellent. While dining at a typical Japanese restaurant can often mean a hefty bill, in this case, the quality of the food made it worth it. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for high-quality sushi, not just conveyor belt options."

"The food was delicious. I ordered beef pho and my husband ordered fresh green salad with chicken. Both dishes were delicious and the portions were huge. We finished everything and they were offering to go boxes. I want to really talk about the service. The best service I have had. They even entertained us with some magic tricks. Not even magic , he had some special skills and we were mesmerized. I was curious and asked him to teach me and he said you eat more veggies and you will have the power. We will definitely be going back for good food good mood and good people"

However, once inside, you're welcomed into a clean, serene atmosphere that feels inviting and immaculate. The hostess on the day of my visit was both friendly and efficient, multitasking as a busser and server during the transition from lunch to dinner. I was promptly seated. The flooring is polished concrete, which can be a bit slippery when wet but is aesthetically pleasing and impeccably maintained. The dark wood walls and furniture, complemented by black curtains that divide different areas, not only enhance privacy but also help to absorb sound, creating a relaxed vibe. The menu features several cooked dishes, such as teriyaki and roasted or grilled finfish, along with many appealing options for children. While the drink menu emphasizes beer and wine, the sake I chose was delightful. They serve it in a small decanter with space for ice cubes, allowing it to chill without diluting—an innovative touch that’s both practical and charming, resembling a delicate piece of art. For my appetizer, I ordered the seaweed salad, which was beautifully plated with extra lettuce for an added visual appeal. This simple dish transformed into something fancy with just a few thoughtful touches. Next up was the miso soup, which had a slightly tart flavor, likely due to the wide-leaf seaweed included. I thoroughly enjoyed every drop. For the main, I opted for the 12-piece sashimi, which was perfectly timed to arrive after I finished my soup and salad. It was exquisitely presented, adorned with cucumbers, shredded daikon, and tiny cucumber cups filled with ginger and wasabi, alongside decorative vegetable elements. The visual appeal was nothing short of spectacular, and the fish was wonderfully soft and buttery. Next time, I might request to skip the superwhite, as it’s a personal preference of mine at sushi places, but it was quite tasty this time and certainly a favorite for many. Overall, I wouldn’t change a thing about this restaurant—except perhaps to wish that it were closer to my home."

"I grew up around Azul and frankly I have just never liked the food. There are a lot more veg friendly options than there used to be, but I’m still unimpressed. I had to ask for the vegan menu at lunch time, and the menu only has three options, with one off menu item of vegan enchiladas (even though the online menu had more options). I tried the vegan fajitas and they were pretty good. The green beans were delicious, but everything else was just fine. The coconut rice wasn’t my favorite. The flour tortillas were those ones that are processed and bad (imo). However, the veggies were fresh and the salsas were better than the average restaurant. Overall, it’s a decent option, especially if you like veggie heavy dishes. However, for me, it’s just okay. Unless someone non veg wants to come here, I personally would skip it.
