"Tonight, Nicole was our server, and I must admit I would prefer not to have her as our server again. As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I found it quite concerning that she left our entire table without drinks for the whole evening. I also noticed one of our rolls sitting on the counter for ten minutes while she chatted with other staff, even as the rest of our food was served. When we mentioned that we were missing a roll, she rushed over to grab it, but then proceeded to print the check and drop it in the middle of our table before walking away. Despite this experience, I still love this restaurant and plan to return, but I will be requesting not to have her as our server next time."
