"Stopped here on a Friday night with the boys looking for some noodles and broth. One of the many things Vog has gotten me into over the years apart from just wanting to try new cuisines and ethnic foods is ramen and KBB. So Ramen is usually a go to on convention trips. Finding this place via Yelp I wasn 't aware that it 's an order and sit place rather than table service. Not that it matters or affects it but, I prefer table service with ramen places especially with wanting the buns or apps First etc and needing that cadence of a meal order. We came in and there weren 't too many seats open there are probably 5 booths, a couple of two tops and a long high counter. The latter is where we posted up after ordering until I spotted an open booth and we scurried to nab it. Altogether we ordered 3 ramens, one pho (Vog of course), three orders of buns (2 pork, one chicken), and two orders of gyoza. We also scored some bubble teas as well. Ramen: I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, adding a side order of noodles. The ramen was standard all things considered. I thought the portion was right in line with the standard fare and the extra side of noodles was a huge amount. I would say my only issue was the chashu was a little tough and didn 't melt in the broth so eating with chopsticks was a chore. Buns: We got pork belly buns and KFC chicken buns. The pork was a little odd to me thin pork belly slice inside with a small amount of sauce. The pork was kind of slimy and wasn 't too pleasing. The chicken one however WOW. The spicy Mayo sauce large pieces of chicken that were crispy and properly fried perfect marriage of the east and west. GET THE KFC BUNS. PERIOD. Gyoza: the gyoza was standard exactly what you think of when you order these. Very good. Taro Tea: I grabbed a tarp tea. I think I 'm past the point of getting the bubbles in mine. Seem cool but having musket balls shot into my throat every sip is not something I 'd like to continue. Good flavor. I would get it again from here. Overall good just hope someone can clean the walls where all the splattering is. yikes."

I ordered the shiso salmon sushi burrito with spicy mayo, a pork belly steamed bun, and a passion fruit boba slush. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly, fast, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

I like Mitsuba, I love the bubble tea. The Taro bubble and lychee green tea are always perfectly made. Beef Ramen was good too, the KFC buns are by far the best thing on the menu. Perfect buns and fried chicken fried to a golden perfection.Food: 4/5 View menu

This is such a fantastic spot for lunch! I had a custom poke bowl and a bubble tea, and both were absolutely delicious and satisfying without being heavy. I ordered the passion fruit green tea bubble tea with less ice and mango boba, and it was perfect!

Great customer service and friendly staff, they felt like my old friends! The buns were fluffy and moist and the chicken was fried well. The veggies were crisp. Perfect food to eat to beat the cold weather. Love going here! Thank you for the great food and experience.

I was really interested in trying ramen that wasn't microwaved in a styrofoam container. My daughter and I went together and we both ordered two different things. She took one bite of hers and threw it away and I didn't like mine much either! I've never had it before so I don't have anything to compare it to but I didn't like it and I love ramen! View menu

The KFC steamed bun was delicious and we will definitely order again. The beef ramen was very tasty and the meat was so tender. The pork belly steamed bun was delicious and well seasoned but the pork belly wasn't tender all the way through so we had to cut it and pull.it apart before we could eat it. Only a minor critique otherwise we will definitely back.

My husband and I visited Syracuse to see my stepson at LeMoyne College, and we looked up restaurants beforehand. With great reviews, Noodle caught our attention, and we’re always on the lookout for good food. The food and service were outstanding! We started with pork buns to share, which were incredibly delicious; the cucumber added a perfect complementary flavor and texture to the meat. My husband and stepson ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with Black Garlic Oil, while I opted for the Sapporo Miso Ramen. All the ramen dishes were fantastic, but I have to say, my Miso broth really stood out. The eggs in the ramen soaked up the flavors from the oils and broth, making them a highlight of the meal....

"During our family roadtrip to Syracuse, we actually had the intention of visiting one out of two popular food establishments but to our dismay, they were first come first serve only and had too long of a wait. This actually worked out in our favor as that was the reason we stumbled upon this hidden gem! Not to mention, it was a bonus that this spot has its own free parking lot as that was also the other struggle we were facing with the more popular establishments in the downtown area. Upon entering, we walked into a completely empty dining room. No employees, no customers. You can imagine our slight confusion and fear about whether that meant this wasn 't a good spot to be. We then realized that down the hall on the left, there was a bar area which was very lively and filled with people. Back to the dining area, there was an employee who had already seemingly clocked out, who asked if we had been helped yet, and when we said no, he went to the kitchen to grab the hostess. The waitress then told us we could seat ourselves wherever we liked, so we opted for some high chairs and a table near the side of the restaurant. We were quickly offered menus and drinks. As for food, we ended up ordering a bunch of dishes to share: BANG BANG SHRIMP TACOS WITH TORTILLA CHIPS SALSA: I was pleasantly surprised by this dish which actually might be my favorite out of everything we had. The shrimp were of good size and tender. The portions of the entire dish were really good as well. CHICKEN TENDERS WITH SWEET POTATO FRIES: The tenders striked me as being hand battered and had a nice, light crisp to them. Their honey mustard sauce was homemade and so good that we had to ask for more! The sweet potato fries were a $2 upcharge but worth it in my opinion. I thought it was interesting that they served them with a side of maple syrup versus an aioli (which we pair it with typically in Canada . SPIKE BURGER WITH HOMEMADE CHIPS: I requested my burger to be medium and it was exactly that with a nice light pink center. The brioche bun was soft and the meat had a really nice char to it, tasting like it came straight off a grill. The homemade chips were also such a good call, as they were so light, crispy, and not greasy at all. PHILLY CHEESE STEAK WITH CRINKLE FRIES: If I had to pick my least favorite dish, it might be this one as some of the meat was on the drier side. I 'm also not the biggest fan of crinkle fries as they 're very potato y and soft, and I definitely felt they could be crispier. This was a Wednesday special though! CEASAR SALAD: A regular 'ol salad, I don 't have much to say about it other than the fact that I wish there was a little more dressing. Service was very friendly between both the waitress and the nice gentleman (owner? who came out to say bye to us and have a chat when he found out we were from Ontario. Our waitress came by multiple times to check up on us, gave us extra sauces without hesitation, and made sure our glasses were full. This place has a really cute vibe to it, between the decor with neat trinkets, as well as the soft music in the background. Note: there is a 0.04 cent per dollar charge for credit card payment."
